How does Premium work?

Premium is a one-time payment for lifetime access. No subscription, no renewal. You get the badge right after payment.

How do I get verified?

Verified is for creators with 10,000+ followers on a platform. Open Dashboard → Badges and send a request with a screenshot. You get an email with the decision.

Can I change my username or email?

Yes, in Dashboard → Settings. A username can be changed every 14 days. Changing your email sends a confirmation to the new address first.

I forgot my password.

Use “Forgot password” on the login page. We email you a reset link. You can also turn on two-factor authentication in Settings.

Why are my analytics empty?

Visits from your own account are never counted. Open your profile in a private window or on another device. Dashboard → Analytics shows a tracking check.

I paid but did not get Premium.

Open Dashboard → Premium and press “Check my payments”. If it still isn't there, send us a report with the email you paid with.
