This is a starting-point document written for the Glowzy codebase. The operator of a deployed site must complete the bracketed details and have the text reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
Using Glowzy
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher. You are responsible for your account and everything published on your profile.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give [Operator name] a limited license to host and display it so the service can work.
Only upload images, audio and links you have the right to use. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, is illegal, sexually exploits minors, harasses others or impersonates another person.
Usernames
Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim or remove names that impersonate others, infringe trademarks or break these terms.
Premium
Premium is a one-time payment made through Stripe. It is not a subscription, nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Premium stays on your account for as long as the account exists, unless staff granted it for a limited time.
You can also buy Premium as a gift for another user. Refunds are handled according to [Operator refund policy] and applicable consumer law.
Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email before they take effect.
